PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND KAJALMULTIMEDIA S.N.C.
This policy covers how Kajalmultimedia S.n.c. treats personal information collected, including information related to your past use of our products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number,
and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Kajalmultimedia S.n.c. does not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Information collected and stored by Kajalmultimedia S.n.c. through registration forms is used exclusively for the sole purpose of:
1. supplying information and downloadable material such as newsletters through e-mail, fax, post or SMS, etc. Personal data is required (so called "madatory fields") in order to facilitate and provide such services. Should the user not give his/her consent the services cannot be rendered.
2. offering advertising information, sales and promotional services proposed by Valbruna Stainless Steel. Information may further be used by third parties in order to establish customer satisfaction and expectations as in marketing surveys by way of letters, telephone, public material and
automated comunications etc. Consensus is optional. Should you decline you will still be able to access our services but will not be informed of nor receive any promotional communications whatsoever.
